🕒 Lead Time & Shipping Info

We always strive to ship your order well before the estimated deadline.
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your order status and view the estimated shipping date.

We’ll start processing your order only after we receive the payment.

🎨 Custom Products

When a custom option is selected, the total lead time equals: “Usually ships in” time + the longest custom option time” 

Example:
If the base lead time is 5–7 days and you select a custom tire fitment that adds 2 weeks, the total production time will be approximately 3 weeks.

⏳ Backorders

If an item or custom option is marked Backorder, it means you can still place the order — but the lead time is currently unknown.

We’ll ship it as soon as the item is back in stock.

📦 Multiple Products in One Order

Different Products:
Your full order will ship once all items are ready — based on the product with the longest lead time.
Want faster delivery? Consider placing separate orders.

Same Product (in Quantity):
Large quantity orders may take extra time to produce.
If you’re planning a big order, reach out beforehand for an accurate timeline.
