🕒 What is the lead time?
We always aim to ship orders as soon as possible, often well before the estimated deadline.
A few days after placing your order, you’ll receive an email with:
- A tracking link to monitor progress
- An estimated shipping date
⏳ Please note: your order will begin processing only after we receive your payment.
If you’d like to confirm the current lead time before placing an order, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.
🛠️ Custom Products
If you select a custom option, your lead time will be calculated as:
“Ships up to X” + the additional time for the selected customization.
Example:
If the product page says “Ships up to 1 week” and you select TIRE FITMENT: +2 weeks,
→ your total lead time will be up to 3 weeks.
⏳ Backorders
If a product or custom option is marked as BACKORDER, you can still order it, but:
- The lead time may be unknown or delayed (if no date is specified)
- Shipping will begin once the item is back in stock
To avoid surprises, please contact us before ordering for the most accurate ETA.
📦 Mixed Product Orders
If your order contains different products, your entire order will ship based on the product with the longest lead time.
📦 Multiple Quantities of the Same Product
Ordering multiple units of the same product?
The lead time may be slightly longer depending on our stock and production capacity.

🚚 Priority vs Economy Shipping
Please note:
Shipping method (Priority or Economy) only affects the delivery speed once your order is shipped.
It does not shorten manufacturing or lead time.
We always prioritize getting your order ready as fast as possible, no matter which shipping method you choose.
If my item is on preset, then how long should it take to arrive
Thank you for your comment! All presets have up to 3 business days proceed time for the products from the pictures. I can also confirm that your order is already on the courier shelf and you should get an email with a tracking link 🙂
How long would it take for a 16” wheel to arrive in Encinitas?

Right now, it takes about 3 weeks to produce the 16″ rear wheel in standard colors.
Shipping after that is 2–4 days with Priority or 4–7 days with Economy.
