Returns Policy before delivery
We do not refund before shipment due to incurred costs associated with processing, packing, and restocking. In accordance with our policies, we are unable to provide refunds prior to shipment as there are substantial expenses involved in handling, packaging, and inventory management.
Furthermore, given that the manufacturing of your product has already commenced, the necessary materials and resources are designated. As a small enterprise, we meticulously organize our inventory and production timetable. Revoking an order after the onset of production can lead to a considerable financial setback for our company.
The creation of your order necessitates significant dedication and labor from our staff. Reimbursing your order would not make up for the resources and time already expended.
Additionally, the wheels are custom assembled according to your order returns and refunds are not applicable for this product.
Returns Policy after delivery
By the law, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item cannot be custom made and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All wheels are custom assembled according to your order returns and refunds are not applicable for this product.
It must also be in the original packaging. We pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise shipping cost is on buyer’s expense.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund process
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SHIPPING:
UNITED STATES (USA)
All shipments to the United States are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that all applicable customs duties and taxes are included in the total price and covered by us.
EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
All shipments within the European Union are delivered with no additional customs duties or import taxes.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES*
All shipments outside the European Union are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional local charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees vary by country and remain the full responsibility of the buyer. We charge solely for transportation.
